American College of Health Care Executives
(ACHE) is a professional society of over 30,000 health care executives. ACHE offers continuing education for health care leaders, including its annual Congress on Health Care Leadership. In addition, ACHE publishes the Journal of Healthcare Management and Frontiers of Health Services Management and Healthcare Executive, as well as numerous studies, publications and textbooks on management and leadership through its publishing division, Health Administration Press.

California HealthCare Foundation Health Care Leadership Program
Run by the Center for the Health Professions at UCSF, this program is a two-year fellowship that offers clinically trained health care professionals the experiences, competencies and skills necessary for effective vision and leadership of our health care system. Each year a diverse group of 30 health care professionals are selected to participate in this part-time fellowship that allows them to continue in their current management roles while participating in focused and intensive training. Fellows convene in training seminars six times during the two-year fellowship and participate in ongoing learning activities throughout.

Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is a nonprofit organization focused on leadership research and training across public and private industries worldwide. CCL offers open-enrollment and customized leadership training, as well as assessment tools and performance support. CCL also publishes multiple research reports pertaining to leadership every year.
